Copyright © 2008 Carter Reed Landscape Photography: Much of my landscape photography is simple as to leave plenty to the imagination. Varying textures and focal lengths add to the aesthetic. One of the inspirations for my photography is Japanese prints and their use of layering to create a foreground, middle, and background to create a balanced visual. Diagonal and perspective are key undertones in much of my photography which comes from my design background.
